My fiancee and I started Thai Jasmine Centre in July 2009. Our hope is to help bring this ancient eastern therapy into a western society, making it a more prominent therapy that is more widely known and valued for it's healing abilities. Thai Jasmine Centre is a Massage & Reflexology centre located on the main street of Dundrum, opposite Lidl. We employ two certified and authentic Thai massage therapists. Open from monday to saturday, 11.30am to 8pm. Thai massage is of great benefit to people from all walks of life. The treatments through the application of pressure and the kneading of muscles, can be tailored for strength t suit the individuals level of comfort. People commencing excercise after periods of inactivity can benefit greatly from the treatments capacity to stimulate circulation. Preventing the feeling of tiredness. The more robust athlete will feel the healing qualities after a rigourous match or race. People suffering from back pain or repetitive strain injuries caused from their professions(e.g truck drivers, builders, office workers) can feel the areasof discomfort being repaired through the slow flexing and rotation of joints, thus releasing tension. Massage is of great benefit to post-natal women as it helps their body get back to a more comfortable state of being.
