Our clients include investment banks, asset managers, FX, equity and commodity brokers. Application development: We are an experienced ASP.NET and SQL Server application developer. We have the best people to deliver customised application solutions that deliver measurable business value. By utilising mainstream technologies as the core building blocks and a wide range of vertical market experience we have assisted customers to: increase revenues by improving on-line sales and back-office processes. We have helped organisations convert data into knowledge and enable tight integration of business processes, systems and data. We have demonstrated methods to drive down the cost of technology by utilising cost-effective off-the-shelf solutions and Open Source technologies, as well as extending the life of existing solutions. Our approach to delivering solutions on-time and to budget, is to engage all stake holders within an organisation to design, deploy, operate, and improve effectiveness and efficiency. How we do it: We have on our staff in the UK experienced and fully qualified Project Managers and Business Analysts. We use our analysis skills to understand the clients’ business and specific challenges /goals. Once the requirements are documented and agreed we use Agile process to deliver solutions through a processes of small software deliveries that are delivered on either a daily or weekly cycle (depending on the size of the project). We are very happy to work with client IT staff to transfer knowledge and skills or to deliver solutions as a fully managed service where required.
