About Thanh Phu Plastic Packaging Company
Thanh Phu Plastic Packaging was established in 1992 with a staff of 20 members and is now a 600-member strong company with two state-of-the-art facilities located in Ho Chi Minh and Long An province, Vietnam. We are an integrated flexible packaging manufacturer with in-house extrusion, printing, lamination, slitting and bag-making capability. Since 2013, we have made a commitment to manufacturing fully recyclable packaging without sacrifice on performance and quality. Our vision towards zero waste is being realized by continuous investment on high-end recycling system for in-house PIR usage, rain water reclaim system, and the beginning of the solar generated power. In 2016, Veloflex™ by Thanh Phu was commercialized. It is a Certified fully recyclable mono-material PE film which performs favorably compared to traditional mixed material non-recyclable structures. All of the Veloflex™ structures, including our innovative registered matte coated varieties, are FDA compliant, Interseroh Certified, How2Recycle, Trex, and Pet Sustainability approved. We are honored to receive printing award from the European Rotogravure Association for our double-in-register-varnish (matt and sandpaper) with reverse print on fully recyclable flat bottom pouch. Our sustainable packaging is also the WorldStar Global Packaging Awards 2022 winner in the Pet food category.
