A distinguished and results-driven senior educational leader, I bring extensive international and domestic experience in fostering innovation, strategic development, and sustainable reform across diverse global education settings. Having led multiple P-12 settings as College Principal, a former international Chief Education Officer and Academy Director, I have successfully led large-scale institutions, driving excellence in teaching, learning, and student wellbeing. Recognized for my outstanding leadership, I have received at a State level, the Outstanding Leadership Award for Excellence and Innovation and the Excellence in Leadership in Indigenous Education Award, reflecting my commitment to transformative education. A Harvard Graduate School of Education Alumnus (2023), I integrate global best practices into local educational frameworks, ensuring sustained excellence and impact. Beyond education, I have excelled as a state and national-level athlete across multiple sports as both a Junior and Senior athlete. Representing Australia at the World Marathon Kayak Championships and winning multiple Gold and place medals at Australian / State Championships in Olympic Kayaks being highlights, as was my achievement of being voted the University of Western Australia’s ‘First Year Oarsman of the Year’ and subsequent inclusion in this State’s Lightweight Rowing squad.
