THD Africa offers full turn-key solutions to the customer which include research & development, design with engineering drawings, samples, field trails and full production facility including testing (customized test jigs) and packaging. This process ensures that harnesses and connectors are selected to meet specific design, quality and environmental requirements. While THD directly represent and distribute some connector lines such as Attend, AOTAI, CONEC, Cvilux Hirose, HSC, Lumberg, Sealtron etc, the products of other leading manufacturers, including Amphenol, TE and Molex are incorporated in most of the harness we manufacturer to custom specifications. Our business is widely diversified as we manufacture wire & harness systems for a wide variety of applications. These include Military, Aviation, Renewable Energy,Vending machines, Antenna systems, Vehicle tracking & Fleet management systems, GSM/GPS Applications, Telecommunication, Smart metering, White goods & appliances. Our factory is fully compliant with best international quality practices which includes ISO9001:2015 as a process & operational standard with IPC/WHMA-A-620 as our manufacturing standard. Regular internal, external and customer audits ensure these standards and process are continually reviewed, improved and maintained. Automated machines allow high-speed production capability whiles the use of the CMK, Mecal and Komax machines with our interchangeable applicators afford us the flexibility for more complex tasks. THD has a number of other pneumatic and electric wire stripping machines. Our state of the art, advanced testing facilities, IPC externally trained and qualified operators in combination with the Cirrus & Cami Test Machinery ensures we deliver the quality products our customers expect.
