About The 1760 Tavern
This two story colonial was built in 1760 as the Stone Tavern. The Tavern is now a private residence. For many years during the 1800s it was a stop on the Boston to Keene Stage Coach line and was known as the Joslin Tavern. The 2nd floor Master Bedroom has tons of space with sitting area for reading, lounging and an antique writing desk for working. The 2nd floor "kid" room is set up with two twin beds. These two bedrooms on the second floor share a jack & Jill bath with full size washer & dryer. There is also a walk in closet room. The first floor Queen bedroom has an antique library desk for working and is just off the kitchen. It has access to a full bath with walk in shower as well. The living room and each bedroom is equipped with flat screen tvs with built in Fire TV and WiFi for streaming or has a Fire Stick.
