The Agency is founded by Kazim Abbot, who believes that his work is to " Enable others to maximize and release their potential by helping them find opportunities." Kazim and his team assisted students in finding internships, scholarships, graduate school acceptance, full-time employment, and other opportunities. They also provide academic coaching, tutoring, advice on placement and standardized tests. Success stories include an Apple HBCU Scholar/intern, as well as a Medical Physics Graduate Student at the University of Texas in Houston. Additionally, a 2016 2x HBCU Football MVP and NFL player benefited from our work. While Higher Education dominates as our area of expertise we firmly believe that effective planning prior to collegiate enrollment must be the sine qua non. As a result, we aspire to work with students as early as middle school, enabling parents to expose students to activities that may provide insight to their interests, proclivities and talents, that could coalesce into an accurate projection of a favorable match, from a career perspective.
