About The Academy of Toxicological Sciences
The Academy of Toxicological Sciences (ATS) certifies toxicologists for their expertise and sound scientific judgment, awarding the title of Fellow of the Academy. Certification is based on peer review of the three focus areas: education, both formal and continuing; professional practice of toxicology; and professional recognition. The purpose of this recognition and certification is to ensure, through peer review of credentials, the competence and experience of professional toxicologists whose work affects public welfare.
