We offer training and acting experience for actors seeking professional careers in Film, Theatre and Television. The Actors Pulse is one of the leading acting educational institutions in Australia providing a unique approach to learning the art of acting. Our acting classes combine techniques used for stage acting with the special considerations needed for Film and Television work. The Actors Pulse: Our Sydney based Acting School specialises in the most modern version of Meisner technique, Screen acting Voice, Movement and Audition technique classes into the training program, allowing artists a step-by-step acting approach that actually works with a professional career in Film, Theatre and Television. All our teaching staff are highly skilled in their area and are professional actors with experience nationally and internationally in the entertainment industry, earning themselves numerous nominations and awards for their work, such as Australian Film Awards and Logie Awards. Founder and Director Billy Milionis is the only acting teacher in Australia to have personally studied under the legendary master coach Sandford Meisner. With over 37 years of experience in the field, Billy is one of the top Meisner Technique practitioners in the world. Pulse Group Theatre: Pulse Group Theatre is a new department which offers unique chance for current and former students at the Actors Pulse, as well as we offer external actors have the opportunity to become a member of the group to produce professional stage plays, giving them hands-on work experience in many areas of a production. We will produce four productions annually based in Sydney.
