The Adaptive Group creates space for what’s next in education. We help mission-driven institutions and education partners adapt with clarity and courage: strengthening what works, evolving what’s next, and scaling systems that serve. Our work helps leaders and learners breathe, grow, and tackle root challenges with intention. In higher ed, the pressure is relentless. Leaders are stuck between rising expectations and legacy systems that weren’t built for today’s complexity. Institutions feel strained, misaligned, and slowed down by outdated structures and disconnected models. The ecosystem is just stuck, and it’s overdue for bold renewal.
