About The ADDVOCACY PROJECT
The ADDVOCACY PROJECT was created as a space to educate and inspire individuals and teams around ADHD and neurodiversity, embrace the fact that every human brain is uniquely wired, and emerge with greater acceptance and inclusiveness at home and in the workplace. We work with Schools, Universities, and Top ASX companies to increase workplace diversity and inclusion, improve sleep, improve mental health and wellbeing and enhance productivity. We work with hundreds of executives, teams in organisations and also individuals every year, across all industries in Australasia. Our main goals and objectives are to: 1. help them to better understand neurodiversity 2. create more inclusive workplace communities 3. create teams with broad skill sets, productivity optimisation and increased competitive edge.
