Our mission is to connect adventure tourism workers with work-exchange and job opportunities in the worlds best adventure destinations. We are a global network and a growing community driven by nature and adventures. We advocate for sustainable development of adventure tourism and we offer the chance for life-changing experiences, a means to travel for adventure work and a way to learn about different cultures around the world. As adventure travelers and employers ourselves, we understand the challenges associated with finding year-round employment and trustworthy employees. The Adventure Collective was built from combined visions and years of experience creating a unique platform that brings together a like-minded community that aims to meet the demands of a growing industry.
