About The Afrodeities Project
Afrodeities is a mytho-historical publishing and restoration institute. We restore African mythology as suppressed African history — rebuilding what colonisation erased: cosmologies, justice systems, governance, and ancestral knowledge. Through original codices, cultural programming, residencies, and curricula, we unearth Africa’s erased civic infrastructure — and return it to living memory. What they called myth was: – African law – African science – African timekeeping – African governance – African spirituality Now, we’re restoring that lost architecture — not as folklore, but as fact. ⸻ 🔴 OUR WORK INCLUDES: – 📚 Codex Series: Books restoring African systems of law, myth, time, agriculture, memory, resistance – 🏛️ Curriculum Development: Myth-rooted civic education for schools & lifelong learning – 🧬 The Archive of Names: Restoring memory to the erased – 🌍 Residencies & Exhibits: Diaspora storytelling, cultural restoration, public engagement ⸻ 📍 HQ: UK | Compass Points Around The World - where the struggle of Afrodescended Peoples continue or where their stories are in danger of disappearing. 📖 Sectors: Book & Periodical Publishing | Cultural Restoration | Afrodescendant Infrastructure 👉 We’re not rebranding mythology — we’re reinstating African history’s original architecture.
