About The Alpha Project
The Alpha Project is a youth empowerment Initiative. Our aim is to empower students of migrant background in Ireland. We work to ensure they maximise their career potential and attain excellent careers regardless of their social, economic or educational background. We run the following events to achieve the aforementioned aim: 1). The Alpha Experience. We invite students and professionals from various courses and career paths and encourage networking. This is an opportunity for the students to be inspired and professionals to grow their respective networks. 2). The Alpha Mentorship Program. To ensure that the students stay on track with the goal of succeeding we created the Alpha Mentorship Program. We peered 10 students with 10 professionals for the 6 month program. During the program the mentors and mentees have created achieve goals to ensure the program is mutually beneficial. We are the Alpha Project and that is how we facilitate youth empowerment.
