It uses the 3000 year old proverb that "many heads are better than one." TAB combines business coaching, business improvement tools, and monthly confidential peer board meetings to help business owners achieve their personal goals. TAB board members comprise Business Owners / CEOs who run businesses in diverse non-competing fields. We operate different boards for small, medium and large sized companies. We facilitate, guide and enrich the process. Members discuss their current issues, challenges and opportunities, as well as their long-term plans and strategies and hold each other accountable for success. 70-80% of business issues are common across all industries. Members receive real world advice from someone else who has already been there. The diversity also provides innovation and transfer of best practice from one industry to another. Fellow board members do not have an emotional attachment to your company. They have nothing to gain or lose so you get a fresh set of eyes to look at your problem, the truth, and unbiased opinions from fellows wth your best interest at heart.
