Altitude was founded on July 1, 2013 as independent outside sales company. We specialize in building strong salespeople and teams to market some of the best products in the insurance industry, and we've experienced phenomenal double-digit new sales growth since our inception: 42% in 2013, 83% in 2014, 10% in 2015, 48% in 2016, 12% in 2017, 22% in 2018, and 14% in 2019. Andrew Santos, our president, began his career as a sales agent in 2005, and - through a combination of hard work, determination, perseverance, and vision - opened his own agency in 2013. Our agents work and live in approximately 20 different states all across the country, but our main office is located in Nashville, Tennessee. Our mission is to provide working families and individuals with a win-win insurance solution that provides financial peace of mind in the event of catastrophic illnesses and accidents. We also provide opportunities for growth and support for our partners to have complete ownership of their careers as well as to build a business and a career that supports their dreams and goals for their life.
