About The American International School of Vilnius
AISV is a fully accredited school. This means that all aspects of our educational program have been reviewed and validated by two outside agencies - the Middle States Association of Schools and Colleges (MSA) and the Council of International Schools (CIS). AISV is also associated with the United States Embassy and works with the U. S. Department of State and the Office of Overseas Schools. We work closely with the College Board and serve as an Scholastic Aptitude Testing site. AISV is also authorized to offer the IB Diploma Program by the International Baccalaureate Organization. You will find that we offer a rigorous curriculum that will challenge each student to excel. We boast an outstanding staff that consists of the best local and overseas teachers. Our campus is located in a beautiful setting overlooking the Old Town of Vilnius. Co-curricular and extra-curricular activities abound! Our students are provided with many opportunities to grow as individuals and within team concepts. AISV is very proud of the participation level of our students and staff as we strive to meet the needs of our educational community. Parent involvement is key to the success of any school. AISV has a strong and active Parent-School Association (PSA) that fully supports our entire school program. We encourage all of our school families to be actively engaged in the education of their children. Good communication is another key ingredient to the success of a school.
