It’s about discovering how you’d like to create your life to be; discovering what you’d really love to be doing and realising that you are full of potential. That anything is possible. It’s the ‘how’ that I help with. If you’re honest, open and willing to face your fears, and to be curious about your thoughts and beliefs, our time together will be transformational. You’ll uncover the stories you’re telling yourself that are holding you back; the meaning and attachment to those stories that are blocking you, and keeping you stuck. By creating dedicated time for you to think, share and be listened to, I’ll support you whilst you dig deep and un-peel your layers, letting go of the old stories. You’ll realise you have the capacity and freedom to own what’s next. You’ll see what’s possible with fresh perspective. You’ll build your confidence and self-belief. You’ll be ready to create your future – a life you’ll love. I’ve experienced of the joys, challenges, and impact, both personally and professionally, from working with a coach. I want to bring the same impact to the people I work with by enabling them to thrive, to strengthen their resilience, to re-discover themselves and their sense of freedom and fulfilment. As well personal life coaching, I love working one-to-one with founders, small business owners and MDs. My years working as an intrinsic part of a senior management team, responsible for the people & operations functions, have shown me the impact of inviting coaching into a commercial setting, adding workplace and personal value through a deeper sense of purpose and engagement.
