About The Architecture Group

The Architecture Group, Inc. (TAG), is a professional firm providing a full range of architectural services. Established in 1991 by Roberta Unger, TAG has focused on the public sector, 95% of our client base. In addition to traditional architectural design services, the firm has experience in predesign planning, master planning, existing conditions' surveys, programming, and feasibility studies. Project types include special use projects such as higher educational facilities including recreation facilities, dining, housing, special purpose classrooms space, administration and student services. Other sectors are operations and maintenance facilities, water filter and reclamation plants, transit facilities, airports, welcome centers and other client specific civic projects. Each requires responsiveness to the client’s needs as well as a full understanding of project development. Our experience enables us to produce successful projects, from pre-design through contract administration. By frequently participating in VE costing/budget studies and risk assessment projects, the firm has up to date information on construction trends in costing, scheduling and delivery methods. Projects have ranged in scale from several thousand to over one hundred million dollars in value.
