The Art of Coaching Volleyball (AOC) is the leading organization that provides online resources and live training to volleyball coaches and players all over the world. Founded by three legendary volleyball coaches who are passionate about giving back and improving the game, AOC's unwavering commitment is to offer tools that will help coaches and players continually improve and evolve. If you’re a better volleyballer today than you were yesterday, we’ve done our job, and so have you. A message from our founders: The Art of Coaching Volleyball was formed as a result of a common vision of several college and international coaches. We have coached both genders at all levels, however, we specialize in coaching and teaching women’s volleyball. Our intent is to present diverse perspectives on volleyball techniques, tactics, drills, practice, physical conditioning and mental training. It is our firm belief that there are many ways to coach and many ways to teach this great sport. We would like to stimulate you to think and to establish your own coaching philosophy. We are all an eclectic product of the coaches we played for, learned from and coached with. Our players have shaped us and we learn something new every day. This group provides a myriad of volleyball and coaching content that anyone who desires to be great should be able to access.
