Meet Derek and Mariana Wagner, a dynamic real estate duo whose expertise and dedication have made a lasting impact in the Pikes Peak region since 2001. Derek, a proud 4th generation Coloradan, has called the Pikes Peak Region home since the mid-1980s. His deep-rooted connection to Colorado has only grown stronger over the years. After traveling as a military kid, Derek chose to settle in this beautiful region, where he embarked on a real estate journey with his wife, Mariana. Since then, Derek has devoted his career to helping clients navigate the often complex world of real estate, consistently ranking among the top 5% of Realtor® Teams in all of Colorado. His role within the Artisan Group and his community leadership and mentorship are testaments to his unwavering commitment to the industry. Mariana’s Colorado adventure began in 1994 when she first met Derek. Her passion for real estate quickly blossomed, leading her to dedicate most of her time as a full-time Realtor® in the picturesque Pikes Peak region. Mariana plays a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of the Artisan Group, where her attention to detail and dedication shine. Beyond her successful real estate career, Mariana shares her wealth of knowledge as an instructor for both the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors® and the National Association of Realtors®. Her focus on Ethics, Fair Housing, and the GRI designation reflects her deep commitment to upholding the highest standards in the industry. Outside of their thriving real estate careers, Derek and Mariana cherish time spent with their two adult children and their beloved dogs. Together, they share passions for travel, hiking and exploring, culinary adventures, making the most of their time together.
