Aseret offers a realistic way to unite the Jewish people everywhere, inherently, and positively. Aseret is a new vision for Israel and the Jewish people based on a shared understanding of our covenantal mission and purpose described by the Ten Commandments. We believe that the true role of the Ten Commandments is only understood when we seek each commandment’s underlying meaning as a value statement. The Aseret vision is for all Jews. A lighthouse in the fog of the “technology age”. The Ten Commandments are profound, life-changing and accessible values that provide guidance, focus, and purpose for personal and national life, regardless of one’s level of religious observance/Jewish affiliation. They connect us spiritually – to God in a real way, as well as to those around us, creating a sense of community and a feeling of belonging to the Jewish people.
