About The Ash Exchange International

The Ash Exchange International is a for-profit organization dedicated to establishing, equipping, and empowering Christian individuals, organizations, and institutions (i.e., schools and orphanages) globally with an emphasis on, but not limited to, Africa and the African diaspora. Our key areas of focus are Community Building, Christian Education, Personal Wellness, Leadership Development, and Global mission. We engage in Community Building by cultivating a safe space where Christians and those interested in growing spiritually can connect, collaborate, and serve as accountability for each other. We do this through small group meetings, weekly prayer, webinars, and seminars, coaching, mentoring, workshops, conferences, blogs, Bible/Book Studies, and e-courses, and maintaining communication among those connected to our organization. We support Christian Education by promoting equitable access to Biblical literacy while offering support in developing and implementing relevant biblically-sound curricula within Christian organizations and institutions. Understanding the significance of being healthy in every aspect of our lives, we promote Personal Wellness by collaborating with Christian individuals and ministries to empower and develop skills, character, and gifts of individuals based on biblical principles, so they are healthy spiritually, physically, mentally, emotionally, relationally, and financially and equipped to fulfill their God-ordained purpose. We are also committed to developing Christian leaders by offering teaching and training to bring about leadership readiness in the sectors of Christian ministry and education that works to equip leaders who serve and can directly relate to and impact the individuals and groups they intend to serve. Lastly, we are adamant about contributing to Global Missions by partnering with Christian non-profit organizations to meet the needs of communities globally while spreading the message of Jesus Christ.
