Supporting the Australian Library of Things sector ALoT is a volunteer driven network establishing a peak body to support, advocate for and grow the sharing library network across the country. To achieve Australia's 2030 climate targets we need to transition to a truly circular economy as fast as possible. By encouraging reuse and borrowing, LoTs all over Australia are already making that change possible. Libraries of Things offer their communities a viable way to share and maintain resources instead of buying new, all whilst kicking emission reduction goals, providing equitable access over ownership and building connected and resilient communities.
