About The Authentic Pilates
We are a Pilates studio, specialized on the original Joseph Pilates method in its purest form. Our equipment made by GRATZ uses exactly the same design originally developed by J. Pilates himself and have proven to be the most effective because of its precision allowing the full benefit of the true Pilates. In addition, our private clients receive a highly professional and complete service. Sessions are tailored individually according to our initial Postural and Flexibility assessment. Through our unique use of a Personal Diary which contains relevant annotations such as level, progress, exercises and client feedback, our teachers can track and optimise the development of each session.
