I help female therapists of color bust burnout and stagnation and build thriving private practices. I am a psychotherapist and business coach. Over the past 15 years, I have grown from a disordered solo-private practice, as a side hustle, to a thriving group practice. The Authentic Private Practice has been birthed through my experiences and lessons along the way. Now, I provide private practice training and support to help avoid some of the common mistakes we make when building our practices. My motto is: Your Practice. Your Flow. My mission is to help therapists operate practice in their own authenticity, power, and freedom. I am an entrepreneur, wife, and mother. I see the clients who energize me. I work three days a week. I show up at sports practice and games for my children, and have regular dates with my husband. How, you ask? Because I operate business in alignment with MY personality, MY values, and MY spirit.
