Lia Alia Wollard is a technical architect, interior designer, and spec writer with 20 years experience in Seattle’s design and construction community. THE AVIDCRAFT PLLC was created to provide technical coordination and consultation to select architecture firms on the U.S. pacific coast. Our talents are in time management, information extraction, and accountability, focusing on Construction Documents and Administration. Trained in conceptual design, building science, and construction management, we manage the team through timely decision-making based on cost, time, and quality. With attention to product procurement and availability, we’re able to provide superior coordination and documentation to ensure a successful outcome for all involved. Our strategy is one of greater engagement and involvement than may be typical of what you’re accustomed to in a specification writer. Using prioritization and accountability, we plan to improve the experience and outcome for building owners, while increasing the profitability of both the design professionals and the general contractors by increasing clarity, quality, and understanding, and reducing deficiencies and ambiguity. As we seek out like-minded architects and industry partners, we offer services both to firms seeking technical support required by more complex projects, and also to allow smaller firms to temporarily augment their staff to take advantage of new opportunities.
