Founded in New Wilmington, Pennsylvania in 1967, The Bair Foundation is a non-profit ministry serving children and families. We have provided quality care and services to children, youth, and families through a myriad of effective community-based services. Today, The Bair Foundation provides services in 9 states, including Kentucky, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennesee, Texas and Virginia. Our programs are child-centered, family-focused, strength-based and culturally competent which are making a significant and positive impact on the children and families we serve.
