The Bank Arts Centre (Eyes Open CIC) is a volunteer-led creative hub in that provides skills development opportunities in the Creative Arts & Digital. Based in a Grade II listed ex-Midlands Bank in the market town of Eye, Suffolk, we host an eclectic programme of Exhibitions, Workshops, Classes and Live Events.
