The Bast Group is a professional member organization designed to increase the level of personal safety and security when consumers employ home based services. We accomplish this through a proprietary system of background checks, drug screens, ID verification and more. Not every application to The Bast Group is accepted as a member. We conduct a proprietary system of background checks which includes any sex related crimes, felonies, work related crimes, larceny, or theft and more. Only applicants with clean results can move on to the next step of becoming members. In addition, members are subject to repeat background checks to make sure they stay clean and trustworthy. Once an applicant has passed their background checks, they then must pass a drug screen for illegal drug usage. Any failed drug screens result in the membership being denied or revoked. Once an applicant is accepted as a member, they are subject to random drug test at anytime. Any failed test will result in the member suspension or revocation. Consumers can even request a new drug test be administered on any member they are looking to hire. Our members come to us and submit themselves to this rigorous process over some of those more expensive "lists" out there because we offer more than just a review site. They go through our processes because they are the best of the best want to prove it to their customers. Most important, we work for them as well as the consumer. We are constantly negotiating new discounts and benefits for our members.
