About The BBQ Grill Outlet
The BBQ Grill Outlet is owned and operated by Jay Contreras and Gary Smith. They met as senior executives while running large divisions of an international Apartment Company. During their tenure it was one of the ten largest apartment companies in the country. Their corporate experience was a great foundation for transitioning to "small business" ownership. For the second half of their careers, Jay & Gary searched for an opportunity where: 1) they had a passion for the product and 2) they wouldn't have to travel extensively. The BBQ industry was the answer to their search. The business was incorporated in the fall of 2004 and they have been selling and servicing BBQ equipment & BBQ islands ever since. Both business partners work the stores and are involved in the day to day affairs of the business seven days a week. Their three operating principles are: 1) Customer service is the most important thing we do 2) Offer the best products at the lowest possible price 3) Hire the best staff who believe customer service is their highest priority The business reflects the fact that it is locally operated by "hands on" ownership who have lived in the community most of their adult lives. Each staff person, from show room designers to field installers, enjoy what they do and make an honest effort to provide excellent service. We welcome the opportunity to earn your business!
