The Bees Knees Business Club CIC exists to support local women in business as valuable contributors to the local economy. We do this by providing activities such as (but not limited to); In person networking opportunities which offer a safe space to connect and collaborate with others. A supportive online community which is free to local businesses to reach out to when they need peer support or have questions Business and emotional support Co-working spaces (to give the opportunity to work alongside others, learn from them and combat loneliness that can come from running your own business) Providing tools, techniques and opportunities to promote their businesses Learning & development opportunities such as webinars and guest speakers Our guiding principles: We support all types of women led businesses based in the Leighton Buzzard area. This includes product based, service based, those with premises and those based from home. We aim to be an information hub for all things business, engaging with key partners. We will engage about the topics that really matter within our community and actively will support aspiring young female entrepreneurs. Every activity supports our local women in business, which supports our local economy and the mental health of our mums, friends, aunties, sisters and daughters. We actively supporting women in business within our local community by making them the first place to go for products and services. We help our members to build confidence and make connections that will help strengthen the local economy as well as the mental health of our community. We encourage participation in national and local campaigns by providing information campaigns and translating them into practical, actionable steps that local businesses can take to make the most of these campaigns.
