About The Bellevue Center for CBT and DBT

The Bellevue Center is a group of independent practitioners in Bellevue who are dedicated to connecting people with the treatment they need to reach their goals. We are committed to providing evidence-based care for children, teens, adults, and parents. Evidence-based practices are treatments that work based on the best available research. Evidence-based practices take into account three different pieces of information (Sackett, 2000): -The latest research -Your own values and preferences as a client -Your therapist’s clinical experience When your clinician is using evidence-based practices, they are synthesizing these pieces of information to get you the best outcomes. At The Bellevue Center, we primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help our clients with a range of mental health issues.
