The Best of Congo (TBOC) platform is an organisation and on going campaign that focuses on uniting the Congolese diaspora and celebrating Congolese culture globally. Our mission is to put Congo on the map by building a platform that empowers and celebrates people from Congo who are changing the narrative of the Congolese people. The Best of Congo Conference : TBOC hosts an annual conference with our committee members, industry experts, community leaders and government officials to discuss the health of the Congolese diaspora industries. Our aim is to provide a strong platform for constructive analysis and creative strategics for the people and organization who have the will, the influence and responsibility to come together and find solutions on how we can further develop the Congolese diaspora. The Best of Congo Awards (TBOCA) The Best of Congo Awards- is an international award acknowledging and celebrating DRC and RDC diaspora across various industries. °Art °Beauty °Business °Charity & Community Leadership °Fashion °Film & Television °Media °Music °Performing Arts & Literature °Sports Within the 10 industries, the awards cover up to 33 categories which all share a common criteria of representing Congolese excellence; The award system works through open nomination application processed and validated by strict criteria and a board of industry professionals across Europe (TBOC Committee Members) Following the nomination and global voting campaign, the awards are presented to winners and Life time award honorees at the prestigious black tie ceremony at the end of the year.
