Welcome to Blondes Restoration Coaching! We are a mother – daughter team who live by the work do we with others. We have spent the last few years discovering our values, our joys and finding the sparkle that is so easy to lose in a world which just wants more. Blondes Restoration works with teams and individuals to improve Mental Fitness, reduce stress, strengthen relationships and support people to live intentionally. By giving people a ‘damn good listening to’, we ensure that leaders, teams and individuals move forward making clear, laser focussed decisions with every action aligned with their goals and values. Coaching is not a passive experience where you are handed the answers. Coaching is a journey of collaboration. You are in the driving seat. We help you navigate and discover your true values, expose your strengths and define clear boundaries while learning to prioritise YOU for the benefit of both your mental and physical well-being. A big part of that, we know, is fun. We want to help you reignite your spark and your joy, through play, creativity, and a safe space to be yourself.
