About The Bluffs

The Bluffs is a modern 132 bed not-for-profit skilled nursing facility serving the citizens of central Missouri. The members of our volunteer Board (the Boone County Senior Citizen Services Corporation) are appointed by various local agencies. This helps keep our focus on being responsive to the needs of the community. In addition to state-of-the-art long-term nursing care, our array of services includes a 16 bed Alzheimer’s special care unit, short-term rehabilitation services, and hospice care. The Bluffs has earned the reputation of being one of the best nursing and rehabilitation facilities in the state of Missouri.
