The Bob Pike Group educates corporate trainers through modelling an interactive, participant-centered format that allows trainers to move away from lecture and improve learner retention. Since 1979, more than 100,000 trainers have gone through our train-the-trainer workshops and are now breathing new life into the corporate training function through participant-centered learning which has increased on-the-job application and interest by participants who willingly want to attend training.
