Offering a comprehensive service is central to our cause. For this reason we have programs for special interest groups such as: Remedial and Sports Massage, Women’s’ health, Paediatrics, PD Warrior® for those suffering with Parkinson’s disease, PINC Pilates ® and STEEL Pilates®, specialised programs for those overcoming cancer, Sports conditioning specific to your sport (such as running, triathlon, netball, touch football, golf and tennis).
