About The Bolo Tie Collective

The Bolo Tie Collective is a creative writing community at MacEwan University for aspiring and established writers and editors. Founded in 2015 by MacEwan alumnus Shawn Hamm, the goal of the club was to establish a community where students could connect across disciplines, and to ultimately produce and publish an anthology of creative work by MacEwan students. The Bolo Tie Collective Anthology is published annually and features the hard work of over 50 student writers and editors in each volume. Volume III is set to launch in Fall 2018.
