Thomas is a Breathing expert in mental and physical health and performance. After attending a life-changing breathwork class, Thomas realised that breathing was the answer to improved wellness and happiness. With his life transformed he left his corporate job in London, spent 2 years retraining, and became the head coach and founder of The Breath Coach. Thomas specialises in coaching people and businesses about the importance of nervous system regulation to improve mental, and physical health and performance. Diet and exercise often take precedence over breathing as a health tool but when we breathe up to 29,000 times a day it's important that we get it right. Breathing has been scientifically proven to improve stress, anxiety, depression, focus, concentration, productivity, sleep, oxygen delivery, immune system regulation, and athletic performance.
