It is our objective to discover talent, build versatile portfolios—and then get our models signed to large agencies in every major fashion capital. Above all else, we focus on the wellbeing of our models by not charging any agency fees and by staying small so that we may focus on each model individually. With many fruitful years of industry experience, founder and CEO Ellen Ellis possesses close relationships with scouts from major agencies around the world. As a person who values her models' time and growth, Ellen personally handles all bookings and offers training classes—be it in-person education or remote. We are proud of our hands-on approach and strive to foster lasting relationships. Ellen grew up in a family of brick masons, citing her upbringing as inspiration for her agency. “The name is an ode to my childhood. Although I grew up to be a girl who lived and breathed fashion, the summers I spent as a child on the job site playing in mud or helping my parents lay brick is still a large part of my life. My hardworking nature came from my blue-collar upbringing. Beyond this, it is also a symbol of what my agency does: "Building a model's career from the foundation up.”
