Bride Works was launched when our Founder and Fitness professional, Emma Jane Taylor, was planning her own wedding. Her own personal 'bridal' experience led her to revamping her daily work-out plans ahead of her own wedding goals and re-adjusting her nutritional needs. At 52 she knew she wanted to feel good, and be in the 'best her at 52 shape' to marry her husband to be. Her expertise prepares you for your special day, and a complimentary consultation builds your bespoke plan. We look at the whole picture, and what holistically needs to be achieved to fit into your wedding day, the way you want. We also work closely with beauty teams and have a supply of recommendations to ensure your day is flowing with good energy and vibe. Every bride is different, every outcome will be unique - but every programme will be created from the same ingredients of knowledge and understanding of our bride-to be. Not everyone will want to run a marathon, or will fit into a size 6 dress, and that is where our bespoke plans really do come into focus. Everyone is different, every body has different requirements, and every bride will be unique. Something we embrace at BrideWorks. Emma Jane recalls a time when she was looking for her 'ideal wedding dress', only to be put off by one of the 'boutiques' hanging ONLY size 6 dresses! The average dress size in the UK is 14-16, making this particular boutique quite unrealistic for most women in the UK. Not something we will be doing at BrideWorks.
