The way we do this is by assessing each traditional care resident on an annual basis and reviewing that assessment with family members to determine the exact level of care needed. We offer a structured, enjoyable, therapeutic adult day care program 7 days a week for those residents with mild-to-moderate memory impairment who are living in a traditional personal care residence, as part of our “Seasons” program. In a small group setting, each resident’s dignity is supported, while maximizing participation in fun and helpful activities. Our senior living community provides person-centered support for those with advancing Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of advancing dementia in our secure memory care residence. These residents receive superior care to match their frequently changing and varying care needs. In order to enhance an individual’s quality of life, our experienced staff not only understands and recognizes the causes of behavioral challenges that can occur with an individual resident with advancing dementia, but also know how to implement effective strategies to make life more gratifying and comfortable for the resident. Activities and programs are then customized to each individual, in a way that is meaningful and brings joy to their day. Residents enjoy a full program of recreational opportunities. Family members are encouraged to visit, and we host many events throughout the year that family and friends are welcome to take part in. Residents live in private suites or apartments and receive housekeeping services, a private bathroom, satellite TV, three nutritious meals served in our attractive dining room, and enjoy many more amenities.
