Founded by John Brothers in 2018, The Brothers Law Firm represents individuals and families who have suffered catastrophic injuries and loss as a result of others' negligence. Early in his career, Mr. Brothers developed a reputation as a leading Texas attorney in the field of medical malpractice. However, his willingness to take cases that other attorneys shied away from and his success in doing so, resulted in potential clients seeking out his service in complex personal injury cases that did not involve medical negligence. In addition, as his reputation grew, potential clients from outside of Texas begin reaching out for his services. The Brothers Law firm was founded to serve as a national law firm for patients, families, and attorneys who are facing complex medical malpractice and catastrophic personal injury cases. Our firm handles all aspects of litigation from the pre-suit investigation of claims to the final appeal.
