Since opening in 2015, the stall has always stay true to the firm belief of grilling using charcoal. It has consistently been featured and chosen as one of the best place to have a hearty fusion-style bento in Singapore, complete with some of the best charcoal-grilled meats. Beyond the regular lineup at The Burning Oak, the brand is always exploring new concepts and redefine the hawker experience. #TBOoffmenu taps on the experience of Chef Jeremy's previous stints in fine-dining establishment, his culinary knowledge and creativity. We have catered for numerous events, parties and even multi-course degustations at The Bedok Marketplace. #TBOsmoked is the newest arm of the brand. Inspired by a curiosity in fire and smoke, we delved into exploring American style Smoked BBQ.
