About The Burrow

Our platform engages with three therapists in training- Jyothis, Anoushka and Samira. While the situation of Covid-19 continues to escalate around the world, we wondered how we could contribute to society - hence, The Burrow was formed. We realised by collaborating from across the country and coming together on an online platform, we can make mental health services easily accessible to all. At The Burrow, we aim to provide a space for individuals to explore the issues and challenges that they face. As therapists, we have been trained in psychological assessments, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and various other evidence based therapies, adapting a multicultural approach. We have each acquired over 300 hours of experience in individual therapy and have had the opportunity to work with many different groups of people. With our name and logo we hope to create a sense of warmth; a place where one can feel at home and get in touch with themselves. The word Burrow in itself indicates a space for refuge, which is what our initiative aims to do as well. Our platform allows you to work with the therapist of your choice while providing you the comfort of audio and video calls.
