A work experience initiative to develop essential communication skills by drawing on the power of local micro businesses. We're the conduit between Local Authorities, small businesses and schools to plan, recruit volunteers and deliver a work experience package to multiple students which will have a genuine, positive impact on their lives. Learning from existing professionals about their career paths and building the confidence to communicate on an adult level, gave our 12 students in the pilot programme in Market Harborough an enviable opportunity to have meaningful encounters with a minimum of 14 business people and up to 40.
