About The Business of Health

Why do business leaders work with me to lose weight and keep it off long term? Let me introduce myself. I’m George Vernon, founder of GV Coaching, where I run a holistic health coaching programme designed specifically for business leaders. Over the past 14 years, I’ve fully immersed myself in the pursuit of optimal health. I competed as an elite amateur boxer for 8 years, with 33 fights. As a personal trainer, I spent 7 years coaching general health, long-term weight loss, and fitness in gyms. I worked with elite athletes and professional boxers during my undergraduate degree in Sports and Exercise Science and continued for a few years after completing my master’s degree in Strength and Conditioning. I also spent 3 years educating new personal trainers through a business I co-founded with my brother called Fitness by Science. I now work exclusively with business leaders and their teams to help them lose 10 kg or more as quickly and efficiently as science allows and keep it off long term. I also support them to avoid burnout, improve focus, and build lasting health that drives high performance and life fulfilment. My proven six-step, evidence-based system simplifies the process, making lasting change as easy as it can possibly be. I also consult for professional groups like the Principals Club for Dental Practice Owners here in the UK. My mission is simple. To help evolve human health so people no longer have to suffer living a life they did not choose.
