We are a full service Butcher Shop and Specialty market with 4 locations: Costa Mesa, Brea, Newport Coast and Del Mar, CA. We have a passion for cooking, -- that’s how we got here. High quality ingredients are essential to creating a great meal and we simply struggled to find quality meats here in Southern California. The butcher shop we knew growing up had become a cooler in the back of a big box grocery store filled with mass-produced meat packaged in styrofoam trays. So in 2009 the change began; we opened our original butcher shop in Costa Mesa. CA. We are now food with a focus; sourcing the highest quality meats and ingredients available from the finest Farms, Ranches and purveyors in the West. Each of our (4) locations include grocery items built around our meats and cheeses, so you’ll find spices and accompaniments, honey chutney, and almost anything else you need to round out your recipes.
