The Cache Group has been in operation for almost 10 years. People strategies are at the centre of what we do. Our founding Directors and owners have over 50 years’ direct experience in the IT industry between them, with a combined 30 of these delivering strategic recruitment outcomes for our customers. Originally focused on IT Recruitment, Workforce Design and Training, over time and supported by our customers, our business has expanded to include a unique offering in personal brand marketing and change management. Our Marketing practice, championing thought leadership, is managed by individuals with over 20 years’ experience teaching at university and corporate levels and a team at hand made up of award-winning writers, and former political advisers and speechwriters to numerous State & Federal Government Ministers. Our Training and Facilitation practice is spearheaded by a highly experienced facilitator and change manager who has driven change initiatives for some of Australia’s largest organisations. Managing an extended team of fantastic trainers and coaches when he is not making us laugh during his moonlighting escapades as a part time stand-up comedian. Our logo, the Inunnguaq, a stone structure shaped like a person and used by the Inuit to share knowledge of their landscape, has been used to mark hunting and fishing sites in the Arctic for thousands of years, as well as good Kayak landing spots. Aptly chosen (not just because of our owner’s love of kayaking), but as it represents knowledge given freely, and care for those who will come after us; two things core to the way we approach things at The Cache Group.
